Good feature set, poor functionality and value/pricing compared to competitors. I ran into two dealbreaking bugs in the first few minutes using this app. First off - the onboarding page kept loading indefinitely. Had to manually update the app (after seconds of installing it) to fix this. Next up, tried to import reviews from my existing review app - the importer freezes after selecting the import file. I initially considered testing this app for the Google seller ratings functionality - turns out this is only available when opting for the "Professional" plan which starts at a 299 usd/mo. That's around a 766% price increase compared to Loox with just seller ratings to show for it. This is going to be a hard pass for me.

In regard to your issues with the importer, It looks like the support request we have with you mentioned there were issues with the actual CSV you were using, and we would be happy to help you with that. I love this app! It's easy to use and integrate into my shop. Customer service is great. They respond very quickly to inquiries and solved my issue super fast.

Very easy for me as a new Shopify shop owner to figure out how to use Stamped! It's powerful enough to do what I want to do (multiple review request emails, coupons) and the support from their team has been quick and helpful!

The layout and format features were good, though somewhat limited. Customer service was very good and responsive when I was having an issue syncing with Shopify.

So far so good! I needed a good app to show reviews on my website. Luckily they have a free version to start off with. Ran into a few difficulties and customer service helped me through them quickly

I have tried 3 other Review apps. This is one is by far the best one I found to be. The user interface is well designed and easy to understand. The app integrates very well with the store, and has lots of customizing enabling you to display the reviews to match your brand. Their customer support is amazing! They are professional and helpful, and quick reply!

This is a great app. But a great app has little value without great support. We have used Stamped Product Reviews for a couple of months, and get excellent product support every time we have questions about the use, or need to do adjustments for our web store. And especially many thanks to Salem. Keep up the good work, Stamped.io.

The customer service is top notch! Anytime you have a question the team is responsive and works hard to get to the ideal solution for any issue you are having. Stamped is hands down better than any other Reviews/Loyalty app.

My biggest mistake was choosing this app. I tried to customize the reviews widget and it wouldn't change absolutely anything. But the worst part is definitely the customer service because they take 30+ hours to reply. I have used more than 8 reviews app before and I've never seen customer support taking so long to reply to a simple question

The most features for your money, especially at the introductory tiers. Beyond the features, the Customer Support is impeccable. The response time is fast and the answers are quality. They'll work with you until the issue is resolved and also take the time to make sure you understand the features.
