The layout and format features were good, though somewhat limited. Customer service was very good and responsive when I was having an issue syncing with Shopify.

I have tried 3 other Review apps. This is one is by far the best one I found to be. The user interface is well designed and easy to understand. The app integrates very well with the store, and has lots of customizing enabling you to display the reviews to match your brand. Their customer support is amazing! They are professional and helpful, and quick reply!

This is a great app. But a great app has little value without great support. We have used Stamped Product Reviews for a couple of months, and get excellent product support every time we have questions about the use, or need to do adjustments for our web store. The customer service is top notch! Anytime you have a question the team is responsive and works hard to get to the ideal solution for any issue you are having. Stamped is hands down better than any other Reviews/Loyalty app.

My biggest mistake was choosing this app. I tried to customize the reviews widget and it wouldn't change absolutely anything. But the worst part is definitely the customer service because they take 30+ hours to reply. I have used more than 8 reviews app before and I've never seen customer support taking so long to reply to a simple question

The most features for your money, especially at the introductory tiers. Beyond the features, the Customer Support is impeccable. The response time is fast and the answers are quality. They'll work with you until the issue is resolved and also take the time to make sure you understand the features.

The platform is easy to use, and the support from the customer service representative has always been reasonably fast and efficient.

The app is pretty easy to work with. Automated emails are sent to customers requesting reviews, they're editable and possible to be multilingual. Everytime I've consulted the support team they've solved my questions very fast and helped me going through some steps. I' definetly recommend Stamped reviews. Update 2024: I tried another app to see if we could get more reviews, but it didn't work properly. So we went back to Stamped Reviews and they helped me with the settings right away.
