I shifted from judge.me to stamped review app and find the functionality and flexibility suits us much better. The support team are excellent, timely answers and implementing the changes themselves. Really happy, highly recommend

This APP has a great layout that makes site reviews look very professional. I reached out to support with a question and was thrilled with the quick response that completely resolved my issue.

App has a lot of great features and support is really helpful. The support team helped me install the review widget on my home page which was great as I'm not too tech savvy. They do have instruction on how to do it yourself if you are comfortable with it. Thanks Mark Commercial Traders - Office Furniture

We've tried a lot of review apps but this is by far the best. Easy to use, highly informative and superb + friendly support staff. Highly recommended!

I am so happy that I chose Stamped Product Reviews to gather my reviews and display them on my website. I needed a lot of help and they showed incredible patience with all of my questions and multiple revisions. In the end everything is set up just the way I want and looks great. Thanks so much!

The app is very helpful, when I had some technical issues that needed to be customized, the customer service staff responded to my request in a very short time and solved my problem perfectly, thank you very much!

Never figured out how to post my reviews to my actual website. There are videos on YouTube explaining how to install and use this app, but no one actually shows/tells you how to post the reviews to your website. Isn't this the whole point? This shouldn't be rocket science. Waste of time.

App is easy to use and has very extensive functionality. Having product reviews displaying throughout the website and on our collections pages has been a great change. Would recommend. They have great email support as well.

We had an issue with our website and was handled when needed. Great customer service. Only thing I would say is that a chat for help would have been better and faster for simple problems like we had.

Overall, this app is 5 stars. Something that stood out to us was Stamped's customer service. They are extremely effective and detailed when it comes to issues. There are UX and QOL fixes that could be improved as some tabs take some time to load or don't even load at all. This forces the user to refresh the page multiple times. Some of the features aren't as intuitive as you would expect; however once things are situated, the app is great. Because of the amazing customer support, it makes us more confident using the app and it is a very powerful tool compared to its competitors.

J'utilise cette application depuis que je suis freelance et que je développe des sites ecommerce pour des clients, et je la préfère à Judge.me que j'ai essayé d'installer mais que je n'ai pas trouvé intuitive. Surtout avec la dernière mise à jour qui permet d'ajouter sous forme de blocs les étoiles, l'encart des avis où l'on veut sur les fiches produits. Je trouve ça normal qu'il y est des frais pour certaines fonctionnalités, il faut bien faire vivre l'équipe aussi :) En tout cas pour débuter sur Shopify, c'est gratuit et facile à installer ! Ensuite plus on a de commandes, plus le forfait évolue mais c'est le jeu, c'est un "bon" problème :)

Just installed the app so review is based on my experience setting up and working with support. Pretty straight forward and seems like a great free tool. I did struggle figuring out how to import past orders but James was very quick and helpful. Would recommend so far!
