This company will steal your money. I signed up for the full suite business plan, and decided after one month of use that it just was not something that I would be making use of for the cost, so I canceled and downgraded back down to the free plan. I figured everything was fine, as I was not charged the following month. However, after that, they have been charging me every month, and refuse to respond back to me about a refund. I cannot cancel, because I do not have any type of active paid account to cancel even if I wanted to. They owe me over $1,000 now, and like I said, continue with their lack of response. Terrible company.

Stamped is a great tool for our review management. The user interface is intuitive and yet powerful. The integration with Shopify works perfect. They have a great support, quick respons with a problem solving mindset.
I downloaded the app 2 weeks ago and it has been the most painful and excruciating experience to date with building our Shopify store. It was impossible to import reviews without their manual help. I am unable to customize anything. Choosing a specific layout for the reviews gives us product pages with different review layouts (some are in columns, some masonary) making our product page look messy and unprofessional. Cannot change font colors, style etc. It's been over a week I have been asking for help and following up and my concerns have still not been addressed. I get vague responses that they will look into it and then crickets. Looking for another app now.

Some of our troubleshooting has been delayed by the reviews being removed before we could address the issue, and there were some permissions required as well which contributed to the additional back and forth. The free version works well for what we need for now and we'll probably move to the paid version as we grow!
Fast and excellent customer support - very pleased as I'm currently on the free version. The app itself is awesome, especially paired with their loyalty and referrals app!
Slow support and no urgency to fix issues, it's also pretty expensive at scale - more so than others. It simply stopped sending emails completely and when asked to fix it, nothing has been done - it's been two weeks with no solution from their side so I'm paying for an app that isn't doing it's sole job... sending out review emails... UPDATE: DESPITE THE REPLY FROM STAMPED - OVER A MONTH HAS GONE PAST WITH NO RESOLUTION. IT IS QUITE SIMPLY THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD IN 10 YEARS OF ECOMMERCE

Update - August 20204: My product reviews wasn’t showing in my store and I had no idea why. I reach out to the Stamped team on a weekend when I discovered the problem, i wasn’t expecting a reply until the following week, James got back to me started investigating the problem. The issue was that I’d updated my theme and the Stamped script hadn’t transferred across. Within 24 hours James had fixed the problem and my reviews are now showing again. I wasn't receiving replies to my support requests, for some reason, until someone from the team reached out to me directly and got to the bottom of the issue. The Stamped team had their app installed within hours of me sending a request as I couldn't do it. I look forward to using the app as I like the automatic/scheduled review messages customers will get.

Actually a pretty bad customer support. Wanted to change my review app on all my stores to stamped.io but the integration with the CSV file is a disaster to be honest. Such a pity.

Lowell and the whole team at Stamped are always willing to help whenever one has a problem. They helped me with a backend little problem I could not figure out. The whole team is very kind and super helpful. They all have a happy and positive attitude. So whenever you have a problem, you can be sure you get a reply, a solution and positive feelings. The App is user friendly and intuitive. Having positive reviews published on our websites help us build the trust with our potential clients, especially important when product price is high. The team is totally recommended. Keep up the good work guys.
I love the fact that it automatically contacts my customers for reviews. Plus, it's easy to customize the email messages and thank you page. Love it!
Very helpful app! Great service as well. One they have access they literally do the work for you if needed and know exactly where to put things best.
So easy to communicate with their team - Not only is the response timely, but thorough. They really do take a look at things to discover the information about your account and it's history before troubleshooting. They make the review business a bit less stressful!
We use this app to get customer reviews and display them on our product pages and home page. It also allows customers to message us through the app. I am still currently learning the app, but the customer service team have been great in helping me with all my questions.
