Easy to use and configurate. I love how you can personalize the diferents widgets and istall them in the place you want
The software is clunky and inconsistent. When customizations and settings are updated in the stamped app it does not push to all products. Different products now have different layouts and colors & when review emails are sent sometimes they include the product image and sometimes an ugly little blue question mark that no one wants to see. I hope Shopify gets it together soon to bring this in-house.

Extremely difficult to install on shopify 2.0 theme. Blocks are not behaving correctly. Still needs coding. Issues ongoing for 3 weeks and still not resolved. Customer support answers some questions and ignores others. This app delayed our new 2.0 theme launch and is still not behaving correctly. Emails take a 2+ days to get a response. Once everything is fixed we will advise here. Dev is free to respond as of now we are still waiting for email response to all questions, thank you. UPADTE 28 Oct 2023 - Its been over a year and still ongoing issues. Today we accidentally discovered "Write a review" has disappeared on all 1000+ product pages. We havent changed anything on theme side. Really, really fed up with this app and ongoing bugs.

Not bad, but all the good features are only available on premium plans too bad I can't try the features I need before deciding to play hight price

Have been using Stamped for a while. We got into some issues but they helped resolve it. It did take some time for them to reply but they did get the issue solved.

Since I upgraded my plan to business, the SEO snippets were gone. I have to wait another week or two in order for Google to regenerate them on Google search. This is unacceptable. I feel like I am paying more for a downgrade. They should have prevented this from happening in the first place.
Hi there M&A BD Electronics team. This is definitely a less than ideal experience and I do apologize for the wait times Google has for regeneration. Having the SEO snippets removed after upgrade is not an expected behaviour and we haven't seen this happen with any other upgrades. The only action that we know removes the SEO snippets would be a theme change. We're looking into this to ensure it is not a bug, and we should have a response back to you on your open ticket with us today. In the meantime I recommend checking in with our support before making any theme changes so we can help prevent this from occurring. We will be reaching out separately to see if there's anything else we can do help here as well.
This is an excellent review app ever, it built with powerful tools to let you insert full page widget, side drawer widget!
I was having difficulties getting new reviews to properly show up in order and the rep Salem Badawi solved my problem immediately and placed a fix that should prevent it from happening again.
We love this app and the support team goes that extra mile to help you. We got really good help from Lovell at stamped. Quick and fast replies!! RECOMMENDED ++++++

They used to offer a good service although the app works fine the support is non existent now, very disappointing when you are a long term customer and you can't even get support still waiting over 4 and half days for a response. Time to look for another app I think. Update 19th March 2026 their support is still rubbish

We currently use Stamped.io Reviews on both our stores, with synced reviews between the stores. Very happy with the functionality in general. Highly appreciate the very responsive and helpful customer support.
Reviews are everything but verified purchase reviews are even better. This app not only does that but has a ton of features to tailor it to your needs. Customer service is fast and they go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. Find a better review app...I dare you.
I am only a few days into using the stamped app but so far it has been great. Easy to navigate through and their customer services team are super helpful and quick to replying to my questions (I need some guidance with changing some code). Would recommend!
The onboarding team was outstanding, and unlike many other companies investing hard on sales/onboarding - but close to nothing on ongoing support, have the post-launch team been equally supportive. This speaks volumes to the integrity of the company and is almost a reason alone to chose Stamped.io before other options. The App itself have a lot of feautures, are supported by Google ratings, is 100% customizeable and fully support multi-language front end. We highly recommend Stamped.io and feel the App / Features / Company all justify their pricing points.
Dumb. We are trying to transfer reviews - and you cant even upload their downloaded .csv file to their program. You have to take their downloaded template, and then manually transfer every line to their custom upload template. Literally the dumbest thing I've ever seen and is waisting my time. Switching programs now.

Our review export functionality is actually designed for transferring reviews to another app or for backup purposes. If you share the old vs new Product ID we will happily map the reviews accordingly!
