Bold support team confirmed they successfully implemented the offers we asked them to on January 14th, 2026. From that day through Jan our add to cart and completed checkout rates have dropped by 70% due to interruption with our code. I highly don't recommend this app.

At first, I had a few issues with the app and wasn’t too happy, but the team reached out to me personally to offer support. I’ve got to say, it turned out to be the best customer service I’ve ever had from an app developer! Jay took the time to walk me through the best ways to use the app for my shop’s needs and even helped me set it up in real time so I could start working right away. They made me feel like I was their only customer, and it’s such a great feeling to know someone’s really on your side

UPDATE: Jay had a call with me directly and helped me to go through some upsells, and was then able to resolve an ongoing issue that was affecting the performance of the app on my site. Not getting the revenue in to make it worth the cost of the app, and haven't really ever since the app updated.
Good morning! I'm sure we can fix this problem 💪. Most stores see minimum 10X ROI, some are well over 100X. I looked at your store and I know without a doubt we can do the same. It may just be how you had it set up, the products being recommended, or triggers need to be adjusted. I'm one of the co-founders here and I'll personally help you set it up, and if I can't get it making 10X what it costs you, I'll make it free! That's how confident I am. BOLD Upsell has been a really useful tool for what we were looking to achieve. The pop-ups are super easy to set up, and the SMART offers feature has been a great addition as well. While we haven’t seen a huge uptake just yet, I’m confident it will improve as we continue to use it. The Support team has been fantastic - quick to respond and genuinely helpful. Navdeep in particular has been great, always checking back in to make sure everything’s running smoothly.
