Super easy to use and a great app, my store has performed so much better since I started using the different featurs offered through this!

They are charging me just for having it installed, I don't use it and they charge $24 . It's unfair.

I had previously used Bold Upsells and was genuinely impressed by the functionality and value it brought to my store. The app itself is well-designed, intuitive, and effective at increasing average order value through strategic upselling. However, at the time, their billing structure wasn’t quite the right fit for my business model, which ultimately led me to uninstall the app. To my surprise and appreciation, a few weeks later, the team at Bold reached out to inform me that they had revised their pricing model. The new structure was far more reasonable and much better aligned with what I was looking for. Their willingness to adapt and listen to customer feedback really stood out to me—it showed they genuinely care about building lasting relationships with their users. From the moment I decided to give Bold Upsells another try, the support I received was top-notch. Jay, Daniel, and Eric were all incredibly helpful, responsive, and professional throughout the entire reinstallation and setup process. They made sure every detail was addressed, answered all my questions with patience, and went the extra mile to ensure everything was functioning optimally. It's rare to come across a support team that is this dedicated, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Their commitment to customer satisfaction really made the experience seamless and enjoyable. Thanks to their help, I was able to get everything up and running again without a hitch. A big thank you to the entire team at Bold Upsells. impossible to figure out how to downgrade from the most expensive option and no blinkin help to do it.

Hi I love the upsell app, its a great way to sugest add ons but it's not aggressive. The product look clean and easy to use.

Price is too high. And I wish the upsale would work at checkout. Now that shopify has updated to their one step checkout. We have lost that feature (unless there is something we are missing) Also would like to have more control over the design. Its very limited.

We use an entire suite of Bold apps for our Shopify site. We like how Bold seamlessly integrates with all the other Bold apps to provide a great user experience for our customers as well as quick great customer service if we experience some kind of service interruption or question about the service.

A great easy to operate app that has increased our AOV significantly! Pricing is great and makes it a no brainer for us to use on higher ticket items to cross sell low cost products that add extra value for the customer and us.

Definitely makes our lives easier with bold. We love that you can skip a month, change the order date and other features like discount codes etc. I wish a new feature of future dating a cancellation would be added in the future.
