Great app, I have been using it for about 1 year and after updating my theme, this was one of the first apps I setup since it worked so well on my last theme.

The app has so far been pretty easy to use and install, and when I did hit some snags, Pratibha on the support chat was on it immediately with very concise help. Very impressed!

The entire suite of Bold Apps is just fantastic! And their Customer Service is always tremendous. I had a long conversation with Rose today and she was extremely helpful! I've been raving about the combination of Cashier and Product Upsell since I installed them. The Upsells after Order Completion is incredible! Thanks for everything, Bold Team!

I love this application to offer other similar products to my buyers. Easy to manage, create different options. Once I needed help, but Parminder solved my issue quickly. Thank you very much!

I spoke to David through live chat and he was SUPER helpful with my questions, I asked about 1 hour worth of questions and he didn't even seem to mind. Helped me get my app running properly without any issues!!! Totally recommend it.

So far, so good. I’m still evaluating the app during the free trial period, but so far it appears to be working without any problems. It was easy to install and easy to set up some offers. If all continues to go smoothly then I will definitely continue to use the app.

Finally an app that does a PROPER upsell AND works with currency converters so will show the upsell in the currency of the IP address. Not a cross sell like the other! About a year ago we actually asked a developer to make this exact app but we never got around to building it, so glad we didnt!

So far, so good! We've been using Upsell for the better part of 6 months and it has been great so far. I had a couple of small formatting issues that I wasn't able to sort out on my own so I reached out to support. I was quickly helped out by Dan Pfiefer who I ended up granting Theme permissions to and he just logged in and fixed it. One small downside is that the script for the Upsell pop-up loads after all the core Shopify scripts at the checkout, so if the customer clicks "Checkout" really quickly they can bypass the pop-up. Though, I don't think this is under the developers control, but something to keep in mind when troubleshooting!

We have seen a large increase in our cart sizes. I m actually shocked at how well it has been working for us, and I am looking forward to integrating more Bold products into our shop.

This app paid for itself 2x over in just the very first day we were open. Also needed some help with customizing the modals and the team at Bold was lightning fast at getting back to us and helping us out. Already found a few more Bold apps we're interested in using ... and know they'll be able to help us get those dialed in too!

This app has changed our world. A great way to promote and remind customers of smaller, add-ons they may not think of initially when coming to shop. We see a HUGE return on this!
