This is a good service to use to improve Average order value. We definitely made our money back within a week. My only feedback would be more CSS customization of the popup. It looks a little out of place. Perhaps some color would improve conversion rate.

Upsell, along with discount and a variety of other great apps from BOLD, are awesome. They integrate well, they are maintained and their dev team is second to none. I've been using their stuff for over 4 years and almost 2M in sales!

This is an easy app to install and it is the best upsell app out there. The display on your site is clean and modern and we immediately saw an increase in average order size. Finally, no one beats their customer service, they are super helpful and FAST to respond. Must-have app for any e-commerce store - we find it lifts margins by around 80%. Superb support also from Navjot and Danni who couldn't do more to help, including customising the popups however we want them free of charge. Good help is hard to find - this is good help!.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently. The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue. Loyalty Points allows us to build interest and repeat business. All of these apps working together have helped to increase activity in the store. The fact that they are all Bold apps makes them easy to manage and gives us access to the excellent Bold support team

I was skeptical when I first installed this Upsell app because I didn't know if it would increase my sales enough to cover the monthly fee. But after 2 months, it is covering the fee plus adding profit. It is just like McDonalds asking if you want "Fries with that Burger" - shipping costs are the same, but the order just got larger. I have also installed Bold Brain that works in conjunction with Upsell and it has given me some new "upsell matches" based on shopper behavior that I would not have guessed myself. I would definately recommend you try this for your store.

This is one of my favorite apps because it works so well, it's easy to customize and the support is wonderful (if needed). I notice it converts well too, love this app and wish I had it installed 4 months ago! Better late than never. Thank you

Very easy app to set up! Support staff is ery very helpful! The team installs it. They even offered to customise it when I asked to match the colour of my site. They were very quick to reply and get the changes done.

Great Support from DAN from Bold, even advised me on other issues. I will give 5 Star to the Product Upsell App from Bold Commerce. I have been looking for up-sell/cross-sell app for quite some time and I also tried out some of the other top apps on Shopify and all those apps had some or the other drawbacks, and I ended up removing those. Then I stumbled upon this app, great support from Alan and team, and hoorah...I got two conversions (worth $44) within in an hour of enabling just two offers..Cool! But this app stands out and is the "Winner"... - Integrates well with your theme, does not seem like an attachment - Integrates seamlessly with the checkout or add-to-cart flow - Very easy to setup upsells, you can add upsell to "Check Out" and "Add to cart" for same product, so you can use the offer attached to Add to cart as an upsell, and use the offer attached to Checkout as a cross-sell if needed - Amazing slick dashboard and detailed reports - Easy in-app view on offers setup - High conversions I was struggling to increase our Order value, to improve the profitability, and the final answer came in the form of Upsell app from Bold. Every Shopify store should use this app, you will surely see great ROI. Even the fee structure is very reasonable you will get back your monthly investment just in a day or two...rest is your additional profit. In summary I would recommend this app to any serious Shopify owner looking to increase their revenue. The customer support was one of the best from Bold Commerce team. I have multiple Shopify stores, and have worked with many app teams, but I would say Alan and team are the best. - They went above and beyond in ensuring and testing the app setup - They were very patient to educate me and have me up and running - Customized the buttons to align with my theme (cool) - Very quick and timely responses, Alan even pointed out some other issues in my theme, which could have adverse effect on my business - thanks Hands down the best team to work with. This was a great app until the recent revision. You can display ONLY 3 upsell products. Even if you upsell a collection of 5 or combine two upsells of 3 it will still only show the customer 3 products that are chosen at random. If you need the customer to see more than 3 products, stay away from this app. Update..... Changed 1 star to 3 stars. We've had to add Product Options app to go along with Product Upsell to accomplish what we were doing with only Upsell before. Additional monthly fee. Still think Bold should have been more open with us before 'fixing' our Upsell. However, they did a free install and 4 months no fee.
