Since adding Product Upsell we are now selling extra items with a large percentage of orders compared to very few before. Easy to set up and we started getting extra sales straight away.

Great App! I'm able to now offer BOGOs, Buy 4, Get 1 Free, etc. It really helps increase sales. I'm not tech savvy and support was great in explaining and helping me fix my operator errors, LOL!

First time user. Put a lot of work into launching a Cross Sell for BFCM and it wasn't working. Got some support from 'Shawn' and his staff in the wee hours of the night, and he got everything working beautifully.

Hands down best customer service and support from any app I’ve ever worked with. Dan was friendly, knowledgeable and patient. He walked me through the set up step by step and it could not have been a more comfortable situation for someone who was initially intimidated by the process. The app works great, though I do hope they bring a buy 2 get 1 free ability in the future. The support is quick and easy, and I've made like 6k on upsells alone the past few months. I would recommend!

Very easy to use and great helpdesk! I first tested the app with an upsell and cross-sell offer and ran into some customization challenges. Navjot and Nikhil provided amazing support and fixed my issues quickly. Now with the new Upsell Customizer tool, creating and styling offers is super easy and works really well. Taylor also helped me fine-tune some additional styling. The support has been outstanding every step of the way. I can’t wait to add more offers and give my sales a boost.

I love the new upsell feature! I sell products individually and as a set. I like that when a customer adds an individual product to their cart it shows the price difference between that product and the upgrade to the set. This makes it an easy add. The reports are great - I like that I can see exactly how much this app makes me every. single. day. :)

These guys are exceptional for service. I have not come across service like it in Shopifys app store, and that bit of help is what i always seem to need to get me over an install glitch, or something that i havent picked up. This is a good service to use to improve Average order value. We definitely made our money back within a week. My only feedback would be more CSS customization of the popup. It looks a little out of place. Perhaps some color would improve conversion rate.
