Bold AI Upsell & Cross‑Sell

Working with this app now for about a month on 2 different stores. By itself... this app didn't create any added revenue. BUT... worked great in combo with the PRODUCT DISCOUNT App for BOGO offers. :) .... Update about 2 weeks later: I was about to leave a good review when I noticed an issue. I installed 2 of the apps so I can activate the BOGO style offers to customers. When we sold out of a variant, the ADD TO CART Button was not disabling do to the code needed to use the BOGO Style offerings. I contacted support and within 48 hours the issue was resolved. I am very pleased with the support and it gives me confidence to use more of their apps with our additional stores. The two apps "Product Discount" & "Product Upsell" work well together and we have been able to increase the order value. Now... just need more traffic :)

We love this app! I particularly like the cross-sells which allows our customers to easily upgrade items or buy accessories that apply to them. The support team, especially Dan, is also top notch. They get back to you quickly and are very helpful.

Since adding Product Upsell we are now selling extra items with a large percentage of orders compared to very few before. Easy to set up and we started getting extra sales straight away.

Great App! I'm able to now offer BOGOs, Buy 4, Get 1 Free, etc. It really helps increase sales. I'm not tech savvy and support was great in explaining and helping me fix my operator errors, LOL!

First time user. Put a lot of work into launching a Cross Sell for BFCM and it wasn't working. Got some support from 'Shawn' and his staff in the wee hours of the night, and he got everything working beautifully.

I love the new upsell feature! I sell products individually and as a set. I like that when a customer adds an individual product to their cart it shows the price difference between that product and the upgrade to the set. This makes it an easy add. The reports are great - I like that I can see exactly how much this app makes me every. single. day. :)

These guys are exceptional for service. I have not come across service like it in Shopifys app store, and that bit of help is what i always seem to need to get me over an install glitch, or something that i havent picked up.
