Wish you guys could get help from Esha, this person from Bold Commerce has super amazing support. My up sell app was not popping up on mobiles, she worked hard and relied with tech team until they resolved the matter.

Kendel from Bold Commerce (Product Upsell) is always my guy to speak to in this company. He is a GENIUS, excellent in coding and very friendly. I almost did not want to say his name so no one takes him from me LOL. Excellent application, has brought me over 240k in sales between my 3 stores. I sell a product that is made to last forever and because of that, to keep my business running I need to sell some accessories. When I came across the Product upsell app I knew I had to try it. On the first 7-days, it helped grow my accessories sales by more than 70%. I'm very happy with it. I didn't need to contact the support team yet. The app is very user-friendly.

I originally gave this app a 1-star rating but I spoke with Bold customer support and they were able to help me get this working with my theme. There are still 2 major issues remaining. 1. There is no ability to add a discount without having to pay for their "product discount app". This significantly increases the monthly cost. 2. Both the "no-thanks" and "continue" buttons on the pop-up do the same thing. It makes no sense. There should be a "no thanks" that cancels the offer and "yes please" that adds the offer to cart. Other than that, the support is fantastic.

great app! Works well and helped us upsell products during the checkout phase that normally they would not have thought to add to their cart. thanks upsell! Special thanks to Harpreet and Sukh they have been very helpful!! Update: we had some theme issues and Harpreet was very very helpfull!!!

Really like this one! Looks very nice and it is easy to work with. Needed help from the support twice and got an answer right away - my problem was solved within a minute. Great and friendly - thanks to GURI! Gonna recommend this program to my friends :-)
