NOT RECOMMENDING! Hard to setup, frustrating product searching capabilities (if you have big store you have to go through all the products). Non-intuitive, frustrating - and I couldn't get to trigger the cross-sell on mobile when it should be on by default.

I downloaded the app and from personal experience I can say that this app is the best! With amazing customer service !! Recommend from heat! You will not regret it!

The app has so far been pretty easy to use and install, and when I did hit some snags, Pratibha on the support chat was on it immediately with very concise help. Very impressed!

None of Bolds apps will correctly install on my (brand new) Shopify store. They all sit in an infinite loop, or give me a "whoops, something went wrong" error.

The entire suite of Bold Apps is just fantastic! And their Customer Service is always tremendous. I had a long conversation with Rose today and she was extremely helpful! I've been raving about the combination of Cashier and Product Upsell since I installed them. The Upsells after Order Completion is incredible! Thanks for everything, Bold Team!

Wouldn't recommend this at all. In theory it sounds good, but for example, i wanted to up sell so if a customer buys more than 1 item they receive a discount. It doesn't work for that. I also set up cross selling on most products on my website. I wasn't able to test it out because every browser i've already used in the past, it wouldn't show. So i finally installed firefox, just so i could test it out, and was disappointed to find that none were working correctly, they were just picking random products, not the ones i had selected. Furthermore, if any of your customers have visited your website prior to you installing this app, then it won't appear for them when they select a product- unless they use a browser they haven't used before. I'm also struggling to get support from the app regarding this.

It is simple, a morning, I said ok let find an app for upsell for my Shopify store... When I saw there is a bold app for that, as I used bold options from 9 months, I took their upsell app.. Installed and configured at 8am, first upsell sales at 11am... Amazing app from an amazing team. Thanks guys Last year, I had a wonderful experience with bold support these team is amazing, really !! Even during trial period for an app @ $9, was like I fought a dream car @ 200K...

I'm soo glad this app is available! Put a huge grin on my face the moment it worked, because I know the power of upsells. This app basically adds a funnel-like feature to your site. And you don't have to pay $100 a month. Some of you know what I'm talking about. I highly recommend this. And somehow I get SEO for writing this. I spoke to David through live chat and he was SUPER helpful with my questions, I asked about 1 hour worth of questions and he didn't even seem to mind. Helped me get my app running properly without any issues!!! Totally recommend it.

Horrible. They say you can do one click upsells but you actually need another of their app. + it's not clear how you need to create upsells with just a discount for purchasing additional quantities. Really having a hard time with the app.

So far, so good. I’m still evaluating the app during the free trial period, but so far it appears to be working without any problems. It was easy to install and easy to set up some offers. If all continues to go smoothly then I will definitely continue to use the app.

Best app for upsell and cross-sell, easy to pick trigger and offer products, blends in with the theme on any store, doesn't give awkward colours or fonts!!!
