The application itself is top notch, but the technical/help support is amazing! Dan and Brendin from technical support helped me through various questions and helped me produce EXACTLY what i was looking for!!! Highly recommend this application.

Good app, however the details in it are not great, like the design and our shop is in a different language and it takes a lot to change all words into another language

Great app, definitely would recommend it to any store with related products that are useful cross-sells or upsells! Zachary was very helpful with a couple questions I had, great quick customer service online chat!

Great Great Service!! Had an issue affecting two of Bolds Apps that was hard to nail down for me. Called support and the response, communication and customer service by both Danni and Navjot was fantastic! Thanks!

One of the greatest customer service I received and the app is really awesome. Easy to use and lots of possibilities for store that have a high number of products and vendors.

This is a good service to use to improve Average order value. We definitely made our money back within a week. My only feedback would be more CSS customization of the popup. It looks a little out of place. Perhaps some color would improve conversion rate.

I had a great experience with Dan from their customer support! He was able to help me change the color of the add to cart buttons in a flash! I also love the app!

Absolutely the best upsell app ever. All of my items are customised and this app allows my customers to customise their upsell item before they add it to cart. It is so easy to use and support (shout out to Dan Pfiefer who couldn't do enough to help me) are amazing and really quick to respond. I've had it running for one day and have already had an increase in sales!

Great app once you get it working with your store and your theme of choice. Customer support seems very good and responsive so far. My recommendation is to get in touch with them immediately after installation to save yourself the frustration of trying to get the app to work "out of the box." Once it works, it works as advertised, helping bring complementary/accessory products within view of your customers as they shop with you.
