Support personnel excellent-tried several upsells and they worked at will -showing correct upsells one day and another the other day -maybe i was doing something wrong which i was not able to find out

I've only been using Product Upsell for a little while now and I'm seeing great results already. It will easily pay for itself and increase your Average Order Values. Great plugin and super versatile. Easy to use, setup and install. Every site should have this app.

The app is well coded, and looks quite clean on the front end. Admit given our traffic though we will burn through 1500 "views" in no time, and for USD$720 a year it's very overpriced given it's simplistic functionality and limited customization ability. (having to scroll up and down on mobile as well as side to side for different products etc. could do with a little more polish on the mobile side)

Dan on the support team was super helpful! I had two or three issues that he fixed quickly, and he sent me personalized videos to help with my specific problem. The app has some glitches depending on what theme you use in shopify. For some reason mine added some text at the bottom when the customer clicked on the upsell item. The support team also helped me fix those glitches. Also, it's a little confusing that crossells are also called upsells in the app. Anyway, just some feedback. Thanks, guys!

Upsell, along with discount and a variety of other great apps from BOLD, are awesome. They integrate well, they are maintained and their dev team is second to none. I've been using their stuff for over 4 years and almost 2M in sales!

Needs WAY more options and customize, such as being able to choose an entire collection as an upsell and rotate items, instead of having to choose every single product manually, and only getting 3 options. Why am I limited to 27 characters for title? Really dumb!! And I want to enter HTML so I can insert a simple LINEBREAK But I cannot. Looks elementary. Also, Pricing is expensive, why do I need to pay monthly for a 1-off script? $720 per year. Plus if I want to really use this, gotta buy the $15/month 'discount app' on top of this.

This is an easy app to install and it is the best upsell app out there. The display on your site is clean and modern and we immediately saw an increase in average order size. Finally, no one beats their customer service, they are super helpful and FAST to respond. Set everything up and it was working fine, then after a few abandoned checkouts I find the upsell box isn't displaying the upsells I set up, just random items from the store.

Must-have app for any e-commerce store - we find it lifts margins by around 80%. Superb support also from Navjot and Danni who couldn't do more to help, including customising the popups however we want them free of charge. Good help is hard to find - this is good help!.

To start out with we are using a suite of Bold apps. Customer Pricing, Product Options, Product Upsell, Loyalty Points, Product Discount and Bold Brain. All of the apps working together have allowed us to expand and manage multiple aspects of our business. Customer Pricing allows us to target specific customer groups for professional discount programs by industry. We use targeted marketing to promote registering for the special discount programs. The customers in these groups are tagged and see adjusted pricing as soon as they login to the store. The ease at which the discounting is handled has encouraged the users in these groups to purchasing more frequently. The majority of our catalog is customized or personalized and requires a degree of complexity in presenting the various offerings. Product Options allows us to manage those complex products. Product Upsell allows us to present complementary products when specific products are purchased, Product Discount allows us to create BOGOs, Sales and special promotions all designed to increase revenue.
