The Product Upsell app has saved me a tremendous amount of time in creating upsell offers that I couldn't do with other similar apps on the Shopify AppStore. I literally trialed every one of them and I removed them all after a few hours. So many of them are difficult to use and do not offer what I want in customising the buyer journey. I found Product Upsell the perfect fit for my business (www.kicoko.com) as it offers powerful features, whilst maintaining the flexibility and ease of use I look for in an app that I enjoy using on a daily basis. I am looking forward to increase my revenue exponentially since installing this incredible app only one week ago. Because the app is so easy to install and configure, I have not had the need to contact support yet. The video tutorials also helped a great deal in my initial setup.

Well, it works as expected, but after installing and configuring, I've been surprised to find that the application is quite anesthetized, as it does not give a discount after pairing the products. Then I saw that this feature can be turned on when I buy another application for $100 a month. Such a bullshit! Anyway, I found a free app that adds great work after the discount products are added to the cart: Upsell Bundles (Free) This app works well together this Product Upsell. My hope is that we are living in a consumer based society, but that's a tremendous drain and misleading! I do not like these types of sellers. What is a bundle upsell with no discount offered? This application has no value in itself, it is simply paired two products, no more.

I was skeptical when I first installed this Upsell app because I didn't know if it would increase my sales enough to cover the monthly fee. But after 2 months, it is covering the fee plus adding profit. It is just like McDonalds asking if you want "Fries with that Burger" - shipping costs are the same, but the order just got larger. I have also installed Bold Brain that works in conjunction with Upsell and it has given me some new "upsell matches" based on shopper behavior that I would not have guessed myself. I would definately recommend you try this for your store.

I installed the product upsell app a few days ago and am already noticing a massive increase in our AOV. Since we are a new company with limited funding and minimal brand awareness right now, we are having to spend an arm and a leg to barely break even on the various popular ad platforms. Additionally, being a frugal college student trying to make money online to help pay for my tuition and student loans thanks to my website has been quite a challenge. However, I am confident with Bold Apps, grit, and a passion for e-commerce, I am confident my website will ultimately be a success. Additionally, I have spoken to the support team on many occasions, and everyone has always been very kind, polite, supportive, and enthusiastic. Keep up the good work, guys! :)

This is one of my favorite apps because it works so well, it's easy to customize and the support is wonderful (if needed). I notice it converts well too, love this app and wish I had it installed 4 months ago! Better late than never. Thank you

App does exactly what it says on the tin but in a nice user friendly way (unlike a bunch of similar apps I tested). Great support, responsive and helpful.

Very easy app to set up! Support staff is ery very helpful! The team installs it. They even offered to customise it when I asked to match the colour of my site. They were very quick to reply and get the changes done.

I installed the product upsell app just last week and am already noticing a massive increase in our order values. This is such a big deal to us as being a new company, with limited funding and minimal brand awareness right now, we are having to pay a lot per purchase on Facebook adverts. With minimal profit margins and the extortionate Facebook cost per purchase spend, we were barely breaking even. I am so pleased with it and have full faith in the company again. So thank you guys for this. I have spoken to the support team on many occasions. These guys are so polite, friendly and supportive. You installed the app on my ajax cart without any issues, and it a very timely manor!

This is a very good app. It took a little while to realise its full potential but wow... we were blown away once we got the hang of it. We were so impressed that we now have 3 Bold Apps connected to our store and we are looking to add a fourth shortly once they have integrated PayPal into their new Cashier app. Great company with awesome customer service, highly recommended.
