When you have an issue, their support team is available to chat right away. Sam was right on it today, which was great!

Utilized the online chat to help with a synching issue - Sherwin helped me out, he was was quick, responsive, and fixed my issue. Was a great experience.

I was trying to figure out a syncing error i was having and randomly ask by SHERWIN in a chat If needed help with this error. He help me in a matter of minutes to resolve the error

After using the app for approximately three hours, we were charged for a full month. When we requested a refund, customer support was extremely slow to respond, and after nearly an hour of waiting, our request for a refund of the trial period was declined.

Nick helped me know this. You can sync two Shopify accounts to one QuickBooks account. It's an awesome feature!
