The support was a great help and very patient with me. You may have to stay in the queue for a little bit but definitely was worth it since I got the help I needed. Jenny was awesome!

I was on the Connector website trying to resolve a sync error when Sherwin initiated a chat offering customer support. I was very skeptical that they'd be able to help, but he was quickly able to connect the Shopify SKU with the QBO SKU to resolve the error.

We created a mess from our side and contact support team. Waiting time is around 5 minutes. Francis assisted me to clear out the problem.

We've been using this app for a while now and it's saved us so much time reconciling our accounts. We recently had an issue with migrating to the latest version but Rods in customer service addressed the issue very promptly and knew exactly what was needed to get us sorted. Highly recommend.

Shocking, the new Quickbooks/Shopify connector is a pile of **** I am getting rid of it as it's created such a mess. Quickbooks support is not existent, they just blame Shopify. No one replies here - [email protected]

Something about a new app integration caused errors with the older app integration. However, Sam did a great job walking me through the process of fixing up the old app.
