This app was pretty easy to set up, but what has really set it apart is the customer service. We were getting a bunch of errors, and I was able to chat with David on the site. Not only did I not have to wait to talk to someone, David fixed my problem in under 10mins and got all of my orders synched again. I highly recommend this if you're a Quickbooks and Shopify user.

We were having duplicate invoice number issues, Sherwin was able to help get our QBO able to sync quickly and was very helpful.

My inventory was being overstated so I was having issues with syncing Quickbooks to Shopify. I connected through the online Chat with Dean. After some sleuthing, he helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and helped me to alleviate the problem in the future. Thank you Dean and Quickbooks support.

I just got some great support from Ben in a chat who was able to clear up an issue with our shopify integration with Quickbooks. Very happy with the service I'm getting with this integration system.

Paul (Customer Support on the Shopify Connector) was extremely helpful, which is not often with these customer service texts. So Kuddos to Paul and Shopify. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Ben provided excellent customer service! and I usually get great service from this app. There is however a big problem, the app only updates orders on the initial creation - so if you need to update the order in any way - refund or upsell or any kind of customer service - the change will not flow through to QBO. If the app could update existing orders it would be 5 stars - but missing that function leads to complicated often unnoticed errors that can add hours of backend work to straighten out.

This app makes a great connector from Shopify to Quickbooks. When I have issues, the chat is very responsive and really resolved my problem quickly. Thanks to Ben!
