I have used this app to connect Shopify to my QuickBooks online account with it. This is my first time using it and all went well so far! Support is great and helped me immediately and well with the few small errors I had made. Thank you to Dean in Chat support for his patience and guidance. He was great. Definitely would recommend this app!

Vincent was awesome. Took quite some time to get the integration to work properly, but now that it is set up, it is going to save me so much time.

Once set up correctly, this app works great! We were having syncing issues for custom products/items (we didn't have a setting turned on correctly), and Rom helped us out! They were super quick in diagnosing our problem and fixing it. Overall their chat feature to get in contact with their service team is helpful and very convenient.

The app was so convenient to use. It increased our efficiency in recording transactions in Quickbooks. also the vincent (chat support) was very responsive and helpful. I'm very thankful for his help.

Dean was very helpful in solving how to post NetTerms. We mapped it to the Undeposited Funds account, then they all posted the way we were operating before.

Very excited about how easy this app seems to use! Had to chat to troubleshoot connection issues, but Karen answered me immediately and got me fixed in about 2 minutes!

This app is good, but there are definitely some things I would change especially regarding payments that happen at a later date that are not transferred to QB... but when there are issues with problem invoices that do not sync correctly, their chat feature has always helped me out. Dean today, was especially helpful in resolving my problem with a customer file that I had all mangled up!
