Ben was great as he quickly helped with an issue preventing an invoice from syncing to QBO when everything appeared to be set correctly.
Had some issues with the sync but BEN helped us and fixed everything. One of the best app to sync Shopify and QuickBooks.
May 2026 Worked with Francis to resolve integration issue. Francis resolved the issue with great patience. Thank you Sherwin QBO, helped sort out the issue, I have regularly with syncing my product code from shopify to QBO. He corrected the issue in seconds. Excellent service. November 2022 Paul helped resolve importing issue. Speedy response. July 2024 Sept 2025 - Jasmin helped with product sync issue - efficiently - great customer service. Thanks April 2026 - Sam has been very helpful to integrate missing orders from Shopify with clear instuction. Thank you.
I am new to this App. Had some issues with exporting orders but Rom helped me to fix them. Great experience.
This has been pretty easy to set up. After my first sync, there were some issues. I chatted with Sherwin, and he fixed everything really quickly, and explained what was done, and what I need to do to keep it going smoothly (just unchecked a box, really). This app works and works well. Definitely worth it.
10/10 service. I have had 2 issues with QBO and shopify integration and both times they customer service (chat function) helped me fix it immediately @Sherwin is a legend. @Ben @ Ronnie @david.....the whole team is amazing

App works as it should, just be sure to set your sync date properly as you cannot import historic data without the help of customer service. I had to go this route and Dean helped me get it done. Thank you Dean!
sherwin helped a lot with product sync as i had many issues in the past. but all works now and they are fast
This app has been very helpful with syncing our Shopify sales transaction data (including product line item details, sales tax, discounts, promotional merchandise) to QBO for us. We've had issues with the sales tax mapping on multiple occasions; Shopify is somehow permitting the customer's "ship to" city address to create new tax mapping codes within the Connector app settings, which do not accurately represent how we collect sales tax based on our business shipping address, or transactions sync to QBO as if no sales tax was collected. This has created errors that I have to make manual corrections for in QBO, while also reaching out to the Connector app support staff for assistance. Rom helped me this last time to correct the sales tax issue and was able to re-sync a transaction so that it was correct. He was very patient and investigated the issue thoroughly, going back into the history of my prior support tickets to find the best possible solution. Fingers crossed this will continue to work for the long term!
