5 Huge thanks to Ben for helping to resolve an issue for me, it's been driving me nuts for a while now and I should have asked for help in the first place, as Ben was able to resolve it within about 30 seconds! 10/10 service, thank you :) Updating 6 months on to add a big thanks to Rafael who helped me with syncing new products to QB - very fast and concise service!

Ap works well and syncs nicely. Had a great experience resolving syncing old sales that Ronnie solved in two minutes. Normally app help desks are a bit hit or miss, but this was on the money. Had a second issue, this time Rom helped just as well. Great service. Second time around, Vincent helped. Sorted super quickly once again. Effortless.

Great customer service - help was fast and thorough. Rom's help was fantastic! I wasn't able to sync bundles was the only downfall.

I needed help connecting my QB account with Shopify and couldn't be more pleased with the helpdesk service from Ben. I am in no way a business person or accountant, but Ben helped me with every question I had to do with set-up and each option I could take. I couldn't give more praise to QB's customer service team. 10/10.

Overall app works well. Customer service is exceptional - I had an issue understanding how to reconcile sales with deposits, Sherwin explained how it all worked, what I needed to do to fix it, and went ahead and actually did it for me while we spoke. Excellent work!

Great App, syncs transactions to QuickBooks. Took some set up but Sherwin was extremely helpful and solved any issues and explained well exactly what needed to happen.

Sherwin took care of my issue right away without hesitation. I need to have an invoice resynced to QBO and Sherwin quickly gathered the info needed to resubmit the invoice.

Idk about the app quite yet, except to say I had trouble connecting it to my Shopify. BUT it was redeemed by Ben the customer service agent who helped to get us up and running. I now see my transactions flowing as expected. Thanks Ben

This app is great to sync data from Shopify to Quickbooks for free!! Before we came across this app we were using a restricted app, I am glad we came across this. I had a query and Rafael was really helpful in resolving that. Thanks Rafael.

This app is easily integrated and saves a lot of time. There are a few small quirks but Vincent at customer services helped correct them properly. Overall the app and customer service are great!
