We had a few issues with syncing and tax set up errors, Ronnie fixed them all quickly and simply and the one he couldn't immediately fix he followed up via email and now we are back on track. This is so much better than previous app we used to connect. The support team are great and so polite and friendly. Would recommend.

DEAN was brilliant. Fast and efficient. Fixed a huge problem and just made my life so much easier with connecting Shopify to QB online.

Used this app to sync sales from Shopify to QuickBooks and was really easy to set up. Technical support from Rom was also excellent and they dealt with my problems instantly and made sure everything was working correctly before ending the chat

I have been using the QBO App. for the past two years, and with the bookkeeping team and lots of customer support, I have gained the knowledge to do my business myself and without extra employees now that I've downsized my business. Today Ben gave me the extra assistance I needed to fix an issue within the QBO Connector. UPDATED: The onesaas shopify connector app used to be seamless until they had an "upgrade". Although there are definitely some issues with it, the customer support they provide is top notch. Jasmin went out of her way and even offered to stay after her shift to help me with some sync issues. If I had to choose an app with problems that had great customer support versus an app that worked well but had terrible customer support, I'd choose the former and would hope they all were as good at their job as Jasmin. Jasmin is a difference maker. Thank you! It does a fantastic job of helping me keep my invoicing, payments, and inventory in sync with my storefront and my accounting. Sherwin helped me to today with an issue that was solved professionally and quickly!

Fantastic so far! Sherwin was great at helping me get set up and this will save us hours of admin work.

Works very well for basic workflows, never had issues with support, clear interface, good reporting of issues encountered during the sync. Today I had a longer chat with Ron, he helped me to identify how we could implement changes needed to handle our workflow correctly. It would be great if advanced users could do some data mapping via some templates or rules, this could make it even more flexible and powerful.

Works great so far and Troy was a great help in getting things synced! Easy to setup overall and with a little testing it works great.

The app is a bit confusing to set up and get everything synced properly. But then I chatted with Paul in their support chat widget and he helped me out really quickly. Very smooth after that.

Sherwin has been an absolute gem in helping us with the few errors we had! His response was immediate and he resolved it in no time at all.

If you use QBO and Shopify, the Shopify Connector app is a must. You can take sales orders from Shopify and split out the bank fees and shipping fees. And their support is great. Thanks Sherwin for the great customer support on the configs.

Workflow between Shopify and QBO works well. I have just finished a chat with Clarisse who was extremely helpful and sorted my problems out in minutes.
