I had a lot of issues with my initial qb setup and Ronnie was able to take care of it in minutes. I'm very happy with the support received.

I just used the app for the first time. Had some issues with a duplicate account (this was my own fault) and syncing to my shopify store. Used the chat and was being assisted by Sherwin with in minutes. Very helpful, fixed my issued right away as well as took care of the extra account. Our company uses this app to sell our NA beer online. There have definitely been some bumps along the way getting it all worked out, but the support staff is awesome! This app does the job. It Perfectly integrated with QBO. I had some initial set up issues and was dreading the process but their customer service rep, Dean was amazing. He cleared everything up for me and was even patient with me while I had to stop and wait on my customers. Very pleased.
