This is a great option for anyone who needs to sync their sales and fees to their quickbooks online account. I tried setting it up on my own but luckily decided to click on the chat button for help. The customer service I received from Paul was so helpful, kind, and patient. He spent an hour with me making sure it was all set up so that any potential syncing issues would be avoided. Thank you so much!

Sherwin walked me through the set up of this app and with their help I was able to get my shopify and quickbooks sites linked and working well together to invoice orders! Great service and even better customer service! This app saves me hours every week compared to manually invoicing each and every order.

Excellent support from Rom! He walked me through the process of setting up the integration and it seems to be working great! He also helped fix some errors we were having and everything working great now

Great app and the sync is incredibly fast. Customer Service is great (especially Clarisse) The app performs as it should and connects to shopify seamlessly. I would recommend this to any small business owner.

Was initially difficult to setup but with the support chat (which i didn't realize was available earlier) it was easybreezy. The CS rep Sherwin was so helpful and patient, guiding me through each step. And i got it configured correctly in the end. I would only say i wish they'd make the support chat more visible so users can get help right away!

David was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting our payment integration up and working! And it was all through the chat feature. WIN!
