We switched to using QBO from Quickbooks desktop so we could manage our inventory better. We used the Shopify by OneSaas app to integrate our sales and inventory. I was a little confused so I reached out for help and Ronnie was super helpful.

2023-04-04 Sherwin was absolutely incredible! They were a huge help, and were very knowledgeable, probably the most helpful person I've talked to in customer service for a long time. Would recommend the app simply for the customer service. 2023-02-15 Ronnie was a huge help to me! He solved all my problems, even problems that other technical support representatives were not able to resolve. Cannot recommend Ronnie and this app enough. I use this app to sync shopify to QBO! I needed some help and Sherwin from Customer Support was AMAZING! Great service :) 2023-02-15 Karol was incredibly friendly, helpful and resourceful, and was a huge assistance in helping me resolve my issue! The support alone is worth the application! I cannot emphasize enough how helpful Karol was, and how much she aided our work-day!

Works very well in syncing your orders and products. The customer service is great. One of the best free products i have seen. Sherwin at customer service was very helpful. Had some new sync issues and Ronnie solved them. He was very helpful

This is a great app and it has saved me tons of time adding my Shopify transactions to Quickbooks Online. The customer service from Hazel was amazing and she is very knowledgeable about the connection between One Saas and QBO. This is a very cool app! Definitely a must for all shop owners.

This app has really eliminated a lot of manual entry for us. There have been a few hiccups with mapping to our products, that was a combination of our QBO data and the app. But we have been extremely pleased by the customer service/tech responses. Dean recently was able to quickly resolve an issue that should keep us on track moving forward.

Due to the transaction complexity of Shopify, it is not very easy to set up synchronisation. However, the support team of One SAAS is excellent. For instance, Dean has just supported us for about 1 hour and sorted our issues patiently. I also have to mention Marck, Karol, Vincent and Sherwin being there for us when needed. Great team. Expect to spend some time for the initial setup, and from there, you are good to do. Don't forget the other sync apps do not import individual orders. So this is the way to go!

They are always super helpful. Sherwin was talking to was even making me laugh! He assured me... 'not to worry, I am here' and said 'Let me go ahead and do the magic '. He was extremely quick with finding a solution and waited until I was finished doing what I needed to on my end, which took about 20 minutes! Thank you! Highly recommend. Had to contact customer service again today, August 30)! Spoke with Rominick... all the staff is super helpful and very courteous . This app works great!

Dean in customer support is the bomb.com - super helpful - and tactfully reminded me that reading the instructions is a great way to prevent overwriting my inventory QOH levels with all 0's... important Pro-tip there... :)
