This app is great. It saves me SO much time. I occasionally have an issue but their support team is amazing. Today I had a quick issue and David solved it right away.

I was having trouble syncing my orders and Ronnie answered my chat request. He assisted in getting the orders synced and stayed on the chat while the process took place to make sure it was working.

Impeccable customer service and team that's readily available to help. Benielle is such person, that helped with my question and solution within seconds.

Horrible! If you use bundles-your inventory between Shopify and Quickbooks will NOT update. Spoke at length with the tech team and they state that they do not have this feature yet. Ridiculous. This is a multi-billion dollar company and they don't even write the software to support users with bundled goods with inventory that is sold via Shopify. Not even worth 1 star. Means have to continuously manually update inventory in QB for accurate info and tax reporting.

A little ocmplicated to understand the details of the set up, but guidance notes help. However, I had a sync issue and tried the online help. I was pleasantly surprised to be taken to a customer support agent immeidately, her name was Clarisse and within 10 minutes my propblem was solved and she waited to check that the sync worked, when I encountered another problem she fixed it straight away. Amazing service which I jsut wasn't expecting! Very happy!

The app was helpful and the service by Ronnie was great. He helped us a lot. He helped advise us which workflow to use and helped us sync back to Nov 2021!

Sherwin was very Helpful and was direct in the solutions given. He was very efficient and makes the Process easier.
