QuickBooks Online

I worked with ROM on syncing the app to QBO - so helpful and professional. And patient with all my questions. They took the time to explain not only how to do something, but why it happens and what the apps purpose is. I am grateful for ROM and their teaching methods.

Benielle was very helpful for me, helping me to integrate my account with QuickBooks. Also he helped me to retrieve past data from prior to my use of quick books.

Doesn't work for Shopify stores accepting multiple currencies via Shopify Payments, the integration wants to charge fees in the wrong currency. Response from Onesaas was we should look elsewhere, no hope of it being fixed. I wrongly assumed an app supported directly by Intuit would at least work on a basic level. But just like their eBay integration, this Shopify integration has some fundamental flaws.

Support is great. I was having an issue with my inventory syncing and Vincent resolved the issue within minutes.

Ronnie was very helpful - set-up was a breeze and he helped me troubleshoot an issue with bringing in transactions in other currencies that were rounded.

It may seem a bit daunting at first but it works great. I had a complex issue to resolved and I worked with Dean via tech support chat. He was outstanding and helped me diagnose and resolve the issue plus helped me to optimize the settings even more.

I've been using the connector for about a year now, there are some setup and configuration settings that you need to get right, otherwise there can be issues later on. I'm going over all of the 2021 transactions and because I didn't have some settings correct I had a lot of sync issues. I use d the live chat feature within the connector and got plenty of help setting everything up correctly. In particular, I had help from Benielle, who walked me through each step in the setup process, helped me sync everything to QBO, and waited patiently until everything was working properly. I couldn't have asked for better support.

I use the payout mode for each of my 4 stores. I setup a new sales channel in quickbooks to match the shopify store where my payout was coming from, that way I can keep track of which shopify payout matches each entry in quickbooks. Highly recommend using their chat system, they can access your quickbooks and help with configuration in real time. Vincent helped me A LOT, I saved SO MUCH TIME!!
