QuickBooks Online

WARNING - The "sync" wiped out the entire shopify inventory, even though there were no products in QBO. This is the worst app i have encountered for shopify, there should be no update to shopify inventory is QBO has nothing!!

I worked with Rominick to address an issue with historical data. I was worried it wouldn't work but he was a big help and helped me get my sync up to date!.

So far I have had an amazing experience with this app. I found out about it this morning because of some major issues with the old app I was using not syncing orders correctly. I had a bunch of questions an Rominick at their customer service helped guide me through the account mapping (which is quite simple but it was good to have a helping hand) and he helped me back-sync orders for the whole of last year (skipping any duplicates) so I have been able to import all the missing orders, saving me hours and hours of time. Thank you Rominick!

This is the best QuickBooks Connector app available. The customer service is spectacular as well. They always have the right answers and are ready to help. Sherwin was especially helpful.

Thank you Rominick for your great advice and guidance. Also thanks for the helpful articles. My book keeper wishes we could account for fees and also have the funds deposited to "undepostited funds" at the same time, so that is extra work that I hope one day will be optimized.

Above and beyond support for helping me figure out how to transfer information to Quickbooks correctly. Use this app, you won't regret it. Sherwin was the best.

Set us is easy step by step. I had some questions and the chat feature immediately connected me with Rominick and he was quick and helpful.

The setup was easy and smooth but I ran into a setup issue. I used the chat option to connect with Vincent. Vincent was patient and resourceful in helping lead me through the steps for a solution.

We use this app to connect Shopify to QBO and the online support and chat are great! Sherwin was able to fix my errors and helped walk me through all the steps needed on my end. He also transferred over the sales we made earlier in the year that didn't come over with the original and ongoing transfers. I had several other interactions with Lori (and forget the third person's name) for other sync updates and they were very helpful.

I had an issue that required some assistance. Sherwin answered my questions and actually fixed the problem for me. I only had to say what was wrong. Amazing service! The product works well because of that!
