J'ai installée l'application et grâce au chat avec Rominick il m'a aidé a finaliser les erreurs d'intégration très facilement et rapidement. les ventes se sont bien synchronisé, à suivre pour le reste, mais j'ai l'impression que ca va me sauver beaucoup de temps.

I contacted Karol at QuickBooks online and she was fabulous! She got everything setup for the sync between QBO and Shopify. I would have never figured it out. So glad I had her. Thanks Karol :)

Excellent customer support! I was having a couple of minor issues in the integration to QBO. Rafael quickly understood the issues and worked to resolve them quickly.

This app has synchronised my Shopify sales with Quickbooks online. Sherwin was a great support in helping me understand a rectifying my initial errors in the setup process.

We use the app to connect Shopify POS to QB. TROY at the support / help desk was really helpful and very accessible via the chat feature in fixing some syncing issues we had. He did it so quickly and cleared up our other issues that he saw before I had a chance to ask him to help with them as well! Had some follow up issues and CLARISSE cleared things up very quickly and showed a lot of patience in dealing with my issues! The Chat feature is really great and CLARISSE was very knowledgable about solving my issues Just had a chat with RONNIE. Super patient and helpful and great at explaining order flow vs payment workflow to me. I inadvertently caused an error in the sync process due to a change in the payout mapping that I made. RONNIE resolved my issue and really helped me to understand what the mapping meant. Very grateful to have RONNIE help me!
