I recently purchased a business and had historical Shopify data to sync with QuickBooks Online. Troy was extremely helpful (and fast!) at getting this all updated for me. I'm honestly very surprised given I attempted this at 10:30pm a night. Wasn't expecting a quick chat bot to actually be helpful :) Saved me a huge headache. Thanks, Troy!

I use this app to link my Shopify store with QuickBooks Online (QBO). It works great. I do not have to enter in any information and it creates Sales Receipt or invoice in QBO. It really helps with making sure the customer information and products ordered are correct. There is no double entries as it creates a new customer if there is not one already with the same name. If I create a new product in Shopify it automatically creates a new product in QBO. I did have one issue with it syncing and the tech Sherwin was very helpful and took care of the issue right away. If I had any complaints, it would be that it has to sync with the Name of the customer and not the company or email address. You also can not change the name from FIRST LAST to LAST, FIRST. by doing so creates a new customer. You can not change the Display name in QBO. I do not say this is an issue with the app just an issue with the workflow from Shopify and QBO.

Probably one of the best customer service experiences I've had- Thank you Troy! I needed some advice on syncing the data from Shopify to QB and had run into some trouble with the selection I had made and resulting journal entries. Within a minute, Troy was available on the chat. He quickly understood my issue and provided detailed alternatives and ultimately an excellent recommendation. Within 10 minutes I had the answer I needed and was confident that it was the best setup for my business!

Dean is the OneSaas Wizard who has magical powers. He can sense where and why I was stuck. He then patiently untie all the knots one by one. There were pages after pages of my errors. I was finally able to sync without any error. Not once did he drop the ball. OneSaas/Intuit is very lucky to have Dean as technical support. I would hire him in a heartbeat. Thank you Dean. This is a great app to connect quickbooks. We had some issues with items not syncing and opened a chat with Vincent who corrected the problem on his side. We want to see some improvement in the app itself for syncing multiple locations. Right now everything is pulled in together. Overall its fantastic and saves us time. Most importantly, the support is good.

Getting set up now.. but so far so good. Rominick was very helpful in the initial phase. Fingers crossed the rest goes smoothly! Had to chat back tonight and I got Ronnie... super helpful . So far loving the customer service

I installed this app last week to help sync my sales from Shopify to Quickbooks. I was missing 2-3 transactions so I contacted client service for help. Rominik was amazing and not in a harry to hang up and go to the next costumer. He stayed online until we fixed the problem. He's explanations were perfect and clear.
