Great app to sync Quickbooks and Shopify! There is even a chat where you can get help to sync everything correctly. I spoke with Ronnie in the chat and he was really useful. Everything was sync in few minutes only! Thank you Ronnie

The app needs some work but the support staff like Vincent, Rom, and many more are a real asset and work hard to make you feel supported and heard.

This app is an amazing application. When the syncing with QuickBooks needs a little tweak, Sherwin with customer support is VERY efficient at correcting the errors. He is also pleasure to work with and extremely fast. I highly recommend this application.

The customer service is outstanding, especially from Ronnie. My questions were answered immediately and all synching issues fixed within seconds. It's the best customer service I've experienced via website.

We are new to this app, but so far it is working well. I had one issue with the invoices not syncing, but support (Rominick) had that resolved quickly on my first request.

Very impressed. At first, I was overwhelmed with the app/didn't know how to set it up and it wasn't working for me. I decided to send a quick message to customer service and they responded right away. Paul helped me get set up via chat and next thing I knew, all my orders and Shopify fees were synced. This App is amazing. I used it to Sync my quickbooks and Shopify. I had the most amazing customer service agent. His name was TROY and he went above and beyond my expectations. He set up everything exactly as I needed for my small company. I would highly recommend this app and I am sooo happy with my customer service.

I plan to use this app to save myself HOURS of typing out invoices manually. Karol helped me get everything set up, It took us a few hours, but we finally got it all done. Just some minor tax things to figure out, but that needs to be done through QBO anyway. My only minor pet peeve about set up, is that the tax rates don't get added after the subtotal, they get added to each item. So, when I want to edit the pricing, it doesn't automatically recalculate the tax. I'm sure I will be able to figure it out sooner or later. All in all, Karol helped me out huge and she made this as easy to install and set up as possible. Thanks so much!

Clarisse helped with a setup I had not configured properly. She was very knowledgeable about both QB and Shopify. Working perfectly now.

I have to say, I was not impressed at all after initial setup and was going to delete it, but after some perseverance and some help from Vincent at support, I am very happy and impressed now!
