Update: needed help with an integration and Sam worked through all of my questions and got everything worked out! They made something really complex seem so easy and it was wonderful to have such great help. Thanks Sam! Just downloaded it and I can't believe it took me this long to find something that saves so much time! Thank you so much to Sherwin in customer support for walking me through the settings i needed to fix in order to get us up and running properly!

We are still setting up this app so I do not have a full experience at this point. What I do know is the online support seems to be top notch. Ronnie in customer support was great, and we are looking forward to our full integration.

This app syncs exactly advertised! Rominick was excellent with his support for my historical sync. Seamless and works great!

This app is the best for syncing to QB online! And there customer service is top notch and super helpful when trying to sort of errors. Sherwin was so friendly and efficient with fixing my issues, would definitely recommend for anyone need to sync their sales into Quickbooks Online.

I was needing to use this app to connect our QBO database to Shopify. I also needed the data that synced from Shopify to QBO to provide the necessary information for Avalara to extract the sales and sales tax information to file in all required jurisdictions. Rominick was very helpful in choosing the correct settings for the data sync to meet my needs.

Their live chat support is awesome! Ronnie was able to help me update some SKUs with my inventory/Quickbooks to help me get a last minute invoice out.

This app has been a great help to our wholesale website, and I have now added it for our retail site, with which, today, I was was ably assisted by Rafael, who was very patient, answered all my questions and resolved my issues. I do have one suggestion: please consider adding phone to your help options, especially with some screen sharing capability. It would save lots of time for all of us. Especially for those of us not thoroughly familiar with all the terminology, and hands-on visual and visible approach would go a long way.

Quickbooks can be a scary app to understand, but the customer service is great! Especially with the help from Dean! No matter how many questions I asked or how silly it sounded, he was very patient and super helpful!

This app has been great, but an app is only as good as the support staff running it. I had an invoice issue that I was doubtful could be resolved - but Paul was able to work with me for a solid hour resolving my issue.

The support team has been great-Ronnie provided me with considerations when troubleshooting issues.

We love the Quickbook Connector (previously called OneSaas) app the best to connect Shopify sales with an accounting software. That was why we had no choice by to quit Xero and moved to Quickbook Online to keep working with OneSaas. The sync is 98% foolproof. Some that we had issues with were caused by us editing the transactions retrospectively. No double sync. Fees are properly recorded. Great help from Ronnie today in helping us sync older transactions.
