QuickBooks Online

I had a problem to linked my sells, they didn't appear in QB and they help me, everything is now working! Very good service!!

He took the time to go through steps I needed to accomplish by providing screenshots and highlighting. I am very appreciative of the time he saved me. He was very informative and professional.

I have used this app for a different platform before and it was great to keep track of everything in only one place. Now I have switched to Shopify and it works even better. Customer service is always available to help us which makes a lot easier.

This app will sync your sales and deposits from Shopify to Quickbooks very quickly. The set-up does not take that long and even if you make a few errors setting it up, the customer support is quick and excellent and will get it fixed for you. Shout out to Dean for his wonderful help!

So far so good. Still need to test integration when site is live. Sherwin provided good support on chat. Thank you 1/18/2024 Had a problem with Shopify not syncing transactions with Quickbooks Online. Karol was on the chat instantly, and was a fantastic help, and fixed the problem within minutes. She also answered some other questions we had. Great Job Karol !!

Lori is the best. Our account was not linking correctly to QBO. With minimal hassle and maximum benefit, she adjusted the settings know we are up and running better than ever! I had some issues with the new Sync between Shopify and QBO. Vincent was quick to help me resolve the issue. I have dealt with Vincent previously and I have always been happy with his support

We switched after have problems with other apps. The interface has been great but it would be helpful to have more detailed information for setting up. However, when I connected for help Sherwin was great at pinpointing the issue and making sure the fix was successful.

Very good bones, a few improvements needed to make the workflow really optimized. The customer service team is great, Troy helped me resolved a few issues and they seem very open to feedback about new ideas/features. That extra start could be easily earned with a little dev work on their end!
