100% amazing support. Had a sync issue. As soon as I logged in Francis messaged me to let me know about the error and advised on how to resolve it. Syncs have never been an issue since installing and getting it set up.
Rods was patient and helpful. Unfortunately, the issue we are having is a known issue and we will just have to wait for the devs to create the update to fix the issue. Rods, however, was great!

After using the app for approximately three hours, we were charged for a full month. When we requested a refund, customer support was extremely slow to respond, and after nearly an hour of waiting, our request for a refund of the trial period was declined.
