Avis sur la synchronisation Shopify & QuickBooks J’ai récemment effectué la synchronisation entre ma boutique Shopify et QuickBooks, et je tiens à souligner l’excellence du service reçu. Grâce à son expertise, nous avons pu connecter les deux plateformes sans difficulté, ce qui m’a permis d’éviter des heures de réflexion et de manipulations techniques. I have been using QBO for a few years and just had an amazing experience while using the OneSaaS app to address a small issue with the syncing between QBO and Shopify. I managed to fix it easily enough, then a customer service person called Jasmin popped up on the chat tool. She asked if I needed help with anything else, as the initial problem was fixed, so I asked about a few of the syncing options in the OneSaaS app as they looked potentially useful but I didn't know much about them. Long story short, I now have the Shopify fees and refund receipts automatically syncing with QBO. These two things have caused me so much work to manually achieve over the years, so I am incredibly grateful to Jasmin for taking the time to explain how they worked and getting them set up for me - it will save me so much time! Jasmin, thank you for all your help, it is greatly appreciated!

Very easy to set up, and the customer service is exceptional. I had an issue with the how much historical data I could import, and Nick helped me get the dates extended to cover my historical data. Very happy with the customer service and support. 08/05/26 It is always a pleasure dealing with Vinny. Vinny is pleasant and extremely efficient. All problems seem to disappear within minutes when Vinny is on the other end of a chat. Thanks again Vinny, it is always a pleasure dealing with you.
