I had long-term issues with sync issues because of items we had deleted or made inactive and then reactivated. Rhica in customer support actually reached out to me while I was reviewing some sync issues. They noted they had identified the problem and would be happy to resolve it, if it was okay with me. A few minutes later, it was all cleared up, and I look forward to clean syncs going forward.

Francis was able to help me get all my products, over 8400 products loaded from my Shopify account into my products pages for my quickbooks online. Francis was patient with me, was professional, and was able to facilitate the process perfectly. I am grateful for the help, I'm sure it saved me several hours of work. I highly recommend Quickbooks Online Global.

Francis was absolutely amazing. He was patient, quick to respond and knowledgeable. I would have been lost without him helping me set up my QBO & Shopify integration step-by-step. I highly recommend using the support team when integrating two systems as there were many settings I wasn't 100% certain about.

Excellent app and excellent customer service. I was looking at my settings and wondering about something and Sherwin actively reached out to me to ask if I needed help (which I did) and he helped me map out all our payment accounts to the correct quickbooks accounts and sorted out a bunch of other minor issues that I had. I definitely love this app and thoroughly recommend!
