Sherwin was very patient and knowledgeable. We are still working through some integration but he was very patient.

Worked with Support (BEN) and he was great. Made is so that we could import records further back in the history than the plugin wanted to by default. Answered all of our questions, and made the process fairly easy.

After a little bit of tinkering at first, I managed to get my sales data very smoothly into quickbooks. You can only sync back one month, but Ben from customer support very quickly managed to go back further for me without me needing to do anything my end. Really easy once you get going.

Wow!!! I just worked with Francis in Customer Support and it was the BEST experience ever. I have been struggling for days to figure out the set up for Syncing between Shopify and QuickBooks only to keep hitting hurtles. One chat and Francis got me all set up. It literally saved me hours and days!!! Thank you Francis.... You're the BEST. I have also worked with Jenny who was also very helpful in getting my sync up to date! Thank you to both of you Francis and Jenny.

Spoke on chat with Nick today, he was very helpful, quick and resolved my issues easily. Would be nice if there was out of hours cover as well

The customer support chat is a great tool ! You get connected to someone directly. I chatted with Ben today and in under 5 minutes, my problem was solved. Very quick and efficient !

Looks to be a great tool to save time with accounts, my inexperience with it caused me a few issues but looks simple enough to use going forward, BEN on support chat is very knowledgable and helped me with the set up and correcting MY initial errors. Great support, cant fault them. would not hesitate to recommend the app and Ben in support

Its literally 10pm. I'm absolutely stuck and I have an issue with the sync from my shopify store to quick books. I'm still getting used to quick books so Im a little out of my depth. I fired a message in chat expecting not to hear back or get an AI bot and I get a response from Nick. He found the issue straight away and spent 15 mins helping taking time to assist. As a small business I am trying hard to do everything myself and Nick just sorted something that I thought was going to take ages to correct. The app is so easy and simple to use, customer support is amazing. Thank you so much Nick.
