I have been using this app for a number of years and it is very reliable and integrates seamlessly with QBO. If you do have an issue (rare) the support is first class through the chat function. Had a sync issue today and Ben had this resolved very quickly.

The Chat feature is very nice. You can talk to a human (very nice BEN in my case) and they can help you fix your problems right away. No back and forth by email that takes forever. Thanks, BEN!

I've used this app and its predecessor for 5+years to sync sales transactions, and have found it to be very powerful, and highly configurable. I needed to transition from the legacy version of the app to the latest, and was able to get live chat support straight away to guide me through it. Ben was very helpful, and made sure things went smoothly.
