Nick has been incredibly helpful , initially i resolve my own issue but he probe me to wait and test single transaction before bulk syncing, which fortunatly i did as there were some other issues which required fixing such as rounding etc. he went the extra mile and help guide me step by step - i really felt the support was geniune and very professional. Thank you Nick

Nick was amazing. I was staring at my computer cross-eyed and confused ready to give up. My computer made a blip noise and a chat started with Nick asking if I needed to help. Incredible service, and I love that it wasn't AI or a bot - he is a real person and was extremely helpful. Thanks, Nick! Still very confused, but that's not on you - you were very very helpful in getting my set up and on well on my way to figuring this all out. The configuration and integration support was amazing.
