Very pleased with the support from Sherwin, not many places where support contacts you first to resolve any problems! I was playing around with some settings and he popped into the chat to see how I was getting along. For a beginner the configuration can be quite confusing but he helped me with a few queries that I had very quickly.
It was so nice to coordinate with Jenny resolving my issues regarding the integration of Shopify store to Quickbooks. Knowledgeable and very patient. Top-tier customer support. Had another query the next day and Ben was so quick to assist. Was resolved in no time. Top-tier CSR!
It is not super userfriendly to set up. But Wen was super helpful. Everything works well for now :)

I really don't want to give this, as the team themselves are really great and support is generally really good, but the inventory sync is set up wrong. You should be setting on_hand not available as per the shopify documentation (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/inventory/fundamentals/inventory-states) https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/mutations/inventorySetQuantities
I did not have to wait long for Nick to come online and he was all over it. Very patient with my slow typing and head scratching but he helped me work it all out in the end. Thank you Nick.
