Quickbooks frustrates me - there are always issues. One Saas support (Nick) was very helpful in fixing an issue.

Nick was excellent on the online chat and helped me get set up. We sync our orders to Quickbooks together.

Nick did a great job helping me synch my site to Quickbooks. More to do with the accountant but good support. When Nick didn't know something he said so and was very patient with me.

I had an issue and Nick stayed with me for 2 hours to ensure my issue is resolved. It was the first time a quickbooks customer support supports me this much and ensures my issue is resolved. he is amazing

Nick was an excellent help for connecting shopify to QBO. I wouldn't of been able to do this on my own. He helped with all the mapping and now I have all the correct information in QBO Thanks Nick.
