Just did the onboarding and had to reach out to the customer support as I was facing a glitch, Rafael was very helpful and assisted me throughout the process until the issue was fixed.

Excellent service that went above and beyond what I had expected! Nick was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions and really went the extra mile to help me with my import.

Onboarding was easy and customer service has been great so far. Ben fixed my syncing error and got my invoices back. Glad I finally integrated QB with my Shopify store. Thanks Ben for the help.

The app works great! Make sure to NOT create invoice in QBO as well. If you do, add a prefix to it, otherwise the Shopify order will not post to QBO because of duplicate invoice numbers. Easy fix - just something to be conscious of when setting the the API. Thanks Ben!
