I really don't want to give this, as the team themselves are really great and support is generally really good, but the inventory sync is set up wrong. You should be setting on_hand not available as per the shopify documentation (https://help.shopify.com/en/manual/products/inventory/fundamentals/inventory-states) https://shopify.dev/docs/api/admin-graphql/latest/mutations/inventorySetQuantities

Amazing integration of QBO with Shopify. And they have great customer support. During sync QBO team will reach out to provide great support. I got that form Ben and he was great help
