I've had the app installed for awhile, but didn't have it set up properly resulting in hundreds of orders not syncing with QB. I had help from one of their support staff, Ben, and he helped me identify and address the various issues clunking up my connection. Not only did he get hands-on in helping me fix the issues, he also provided info on how I can address or change any of the information on my own in the future. I hope I can upgrade this review to 5 stars once a few weeks have passed and the data is processed more smoothly.

I'm about to write a critical review of an app which I truly like and for which I have received exceptional service. It is not an understatement to say that I would not be able to operate without this free app from OneSaas syncing the data between Shopify and QuickBooks for me, and when I have asked for help they have always been able to assist me. Here's why I have deducted a star: As polite and helpful as they are, I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've started submitting tickets for items that could easily be resolved with a quick chat because at the end of an online chat, they ask something along the lines of, "Can you do me a favor?" That is followed by a very specific request for you to write a review AND to use their name (i.e. the name of the tech that assisted you) when you do so. I think they probably get some kind of bonus when their name is mentioned, based on the fact that every one of them asks the same way, but I am not going to review an app every time I get assistance from them. One review should suffice, unless your opinion changes, but I can't mention one tech and not every other who has provided me with the same level of service. Plus I'm usually trying to resolve whatever the problem is while I'm still assisting customers, and I don't need to prolong the interaction. OneSaas, you should know you have a great team and they have always been polite and professional, but please stop telling them to beg us for a review!

We had a really great experience with ROM in getting our account all syncing and up to date. He very clearly explained the issue and got us up and running really quickly and efficiently.

Firstly, Paul is a saviour. He really, really went out of his way to help me. He worked with me on livechat for the guts of 2 full days until my issues were fixed.. I would complain about the app but why things go wrong with software is way over my head so i wont comment. It works until it doesn't. And when it doesn't, if you have the likes of Paul helping you every step of the way then you're on to a winner. Thanks again.

Thanks for Rom sorting sync issue, love this App there are only two things that can improve: 1. Often Sales do not sync to Quickbooks from Shopify because "someone was editing in Quickbooks" as reason 2. Sometimes if there was a change in SKU code after linking, you can not sync but I just contact customer support and they resolve. Will be good to have the option to re-link products myself this way I can do this on a monthly basis.

I'll move this up to 5 stars once I confirm that the issues we had have all been fixed. Dean was great on the chat support and I now have a clear direction to get things working. Sherwin handled my concerns today very well. Job well done.

This app has been a good solution for tying our b2b and b2c elements together. The support team especially LORI is excellent quickly and efficiently solving any problem. specific aspects that need improvement, such as how it deals with returns/exchanges, have yet to be addressed. once this has been solved I will definitely amend it to 5 stars.

So far it has been a bit difficult. Got help today from ROM and I hope it will be working as it should and Quickbooks does no longer double up my payments

Sherwin was awesome - quick and cooperative. I never felt stupid asking questions and he was able to provide working answers. Best 2 hour chat that produced results that will increase productivity. Now to tackle a years worth of entries. Thanks SOOOO MUCH

Best QBO connector I have found. Sometimes it doesn't sync with QBO due to changes in the product info in QBO - but Karol and Rom in support are VERY helpful! Fixed in about 5 minutes!

Good support from Dean today to troubleshoot some notifications. I will know soon enough if the problem is resolved, but it is good to have online chat available.

Rom and Sherwin were both very helpful in fixing my sync issue with QB online! I was getting some errors and things were resolved quickly.

The app works great for the most part. I've had numerous issues, but they do always get resolved. Most recently Troy helped me solve a big issue of invoices not syncing properly. He dug through old stuff to come up with a way of solving some issues that were persisting. Went out of his way to fix it.

I use this app to sync my products and transaction with QBO. For the most part, this program works. However, every once in a while a weird error will show up that they have to fix on the back end. Overall, I am pleased with it for the most part. Today, my support specialist was Ben and he provided excellent customer service and resolved the issues for me. Thank you, Ben!
