Jenny resolved a problem I had with QBO - Shopify integrations. I was researching this for months without a solution and Jenny resolved it quickly and was a pleasure to deal with.

This is working really well for us - all Shopify products and sales pull through to QBO and it's very easy to check for issues and resolve them. Field mapping is full and detailed so that sales show on QBO exactly the way I want them to. Support is great too - just had an issue to fix, webchat response was almost immediate and the issue was fixed within minutes (thanks @Troy!).

Sherwin helped me today to connect my clients shopify account to the quickbooks portal. He was very helpful and patient and asnwered all my questions quickly and explained it to me so that i was able to fix my problems asap! great service

I needed help connecting Shopify into Quickbooks. I had run Shopify for a year and needed to get that into Quickbooks. Karol was great help and really helped me figure things out.

I'm all for making things efficient and automated, this app is perfect for just that, I had some issues on the initial setup but the customer service team (Troy) were super quick at fixing any small bugs.

We had an issue where refunds were not being processed from Shopify to Quickbooks. We started a chat with Ben, who explained the QBC synch in detail and demonstrated thorough understanding of the refund synch logic and Shopify order cancelation process. Ben helped resolve the issue and was patient in explaining the way the QBC worked.

Great app and customer service. I had to use the chat feature this morning and their rep Nick was able to quickly resolve my issue. He even stayed on the chat line while I double check the repair on my end. I am very happy with this app and their customer service.
