Troy came onto chat as soon as I launched it, he solved my problem right away and also wanted to help me load historical data prior to integration which sadly I did not have time for so he kindly gave me a link to raise a ticket when I was ready. App is amazing, saves me so much time, setting it up was easy using online chat, can not recommend highly enough. Thanks again Troy x

The transition to Quickbooks Online Global is smooth with the support of Ronnie, who is very patient and walked me through step by step. Ronnie also helped to re-set our work flow so I dont' have to re enter again. Thanks so much.

Nick heard my problem, diagnosed the issue, and solved it within minutes. Pretty sure "Quick Nick" is what his buddies call him. Hope that guy is living his best life working remote in Bali or Costa Rica. Anyway, the developers continue to evolve and better the app. Premium integration at a low cost which mirrors the quality of higher cost apps that are out there. There's some integration limitations, but it gets the job done.

For the most part I've had a positive experience synching shopify into Quickbooks. There are a few strange moments when products duplicate and I end up having to manually tidy up my products/services list to make sure products map to the correct income categories for accurate reports, and a couple of strange tax mapping issues, but it's all leaps and bounds better than the days when I had to enter all of this info manually from emails into QBO (2013, I don't miss you at all *lol*). Thank you to Lori for providing tech support today making sure I my account was correctly moved to the new QBO Global. Much appreciated! ////// Update Jun 29 2025: I noticed a few shopify orders weren't synched into QBO so I went to the app page to re-initiate, and for whatever reason they still weren't going through. Unexpectedly, Nick appeared in the chat and offered to fix from their end --- problems solved :) thanks so much! Wasn't actually expecting anyone to help at all -- a pleasant surprise :) I've been a OneSaas user for many years; the switch over into Shopify Connector worked out nicely and continues to perform effectively. Thanks!

Highly recommend this app. I had a few issues with syncing to QB and Dean was super responsive and incredibly helpful in answering my questions quickly today and in resolving the issue. Thank you!
