Upon setting up my QBO account, I wanted to sync my Shopify orders from an older date and Nick was very helpful in helping me navigate the different settings and mappings. Excellent service.

app is hard to use at first lots of settings which you need to look into.. 4 star for the app but 5 stars for Clarisse who massively helped me setting up the accounts and making sure they were correct.

Everything normally goes very smoothly, and CS is super helpful. Ronnie fixed my problems quickly and explained how I could do it myself next time. This saved me so much trouble ! Thank you

Highly recommended, I had some small integration issues with a small amount of invoices which Nick sorted immediately. Great Customer Service.
