Just did the onboarding and had to reach out to the customer support as I was facing a glitch, Rafael was very helpful and assisted me throughout the process until the issue was fixed.

We needed to update our Shopify integration, which I was dreading because these things can take up a lot of time. Their customer service could not have made it easier. We were back in action in <15 mins. Thank you Rafael!

This app functioned well for a while, but then I found some of the amounts from sales being pushed to Quickbooks were wrong, and customer service was useless in trying to help me troubleshoot the problem, so I had to spend hours fixing these issues manually. Then, they sent me an email to say I need to update the app within a week (definitely not enough time to give your customers to take action) or sales would no longer be synced. When I contacted customer service to ask specific questions about the update, they were not able to answer them (thanks for only giving us a week to update!) and said I can ignore the email that said action was necessary. I honestly don't know what's happening with this app, but the service has definitely gotten worse over the years and it's just non-stop conflicting information. Better off just going with other accounting software if you're just getting started.

The app works great! Make sure to NOT create invoice in QBO as well. If you do, add a prefix to it, otherwise the Shopify order will not post to QBO because of duplicate invoice numbers. Easy fix - just something to be conscious of when setting the the API. Thanks Ben!
