Karol in Customer Support was absolutely brilliant. Lets just say, it was getting stressful trying to get info from Shopify to Quickbooks on my own. Support was lightening quick and Karol understood, in an instant, what I was trying to do. The issue was resolved within a few minutes. The communication was perfect, Karol kept me informed all throughout the process. Thank you again and again for all your help.

Nick was efficient and informative. We are still testing the app, but if their service is any indication of their product ...count us in! Had a sync issue with my new Shopify store and Troy fixed it within 5 mins - really helpful service and got me out of a hole!

App has limitations but Nick has been very helpful with addressing our concerns.

Customer support is very precise and helpful. I had a small issue, got in touch with Nick from cs and he explained everything to me and even helped me configure my account. Great experience

QuickBooks Online Global has great customer care. Sherwin was very helpful and knowledgeable and was quick to resolve my syncing issue.

Troy came onto chat as soon as I launched it, he solved my problem right away and also wanted to help me load historical data prior to integration which sadly I did not have time for so he kindly gave me a link to raise a ticket when I was ready. App is amazing, saves me so much time, setting it up was easy using online chat, can not recommend highly enough. Thanks again Troy x
