This app is exactly what we needed to integrate our shopify sales into our QBO accounting. When I had an issue, I reached out the support chat and Sherwin immediately was able to resolve it and explain how to avoid future problems. A few days later, I had a question and Dean from support was awesome too. So glad to have this for our small business!

App is easy to use, and integrates all the data we need to ensure the books and records are completed in accuracy. I reached out for help because I needed to backdate the integration two months back. Thank you to LORI, who was extremely helpful, solved my issue, and made sure all my questions were answered! I am extremely satisfied with this app and their great customer service.

I've been using this app for a year now since my client moved their online shop to Shopify. It works very well and considering the tens of thousand of sales being brought across I get minimal amounts of errors. On the rare occasions that I've had to use support I've also found them very helpful and get any problems I've had sorted very quickly. I particularly want to mention Nick who helped me out this morning with a syncing issue.

Several times I have gone to the chat with help setting up and questions after setting up. Response time is great, and they have helped me figure out what I need to to, and answered my questions. Rafael was very timely and answered my questions.

Sherwin was so amazing when helping me set up quickbooks. She uploaded all my past sales very quickly in quickbooks and has been very responsive to me. I am only a few days in using this service and I am very impressed!

Received professional & excellent help from RONNIE! He was patience & able to ascertain the issue I was having, with ease & professionally. I have trouble syncing my QBO with Shopify because of some compatibility issues. Clarisse helped me solve the problem. She's amazing fast :)

The service with the connector is good but was only needed for when some transactions wouldn't go through. A little cumbersome, but the customer service made up for that (Thanks Ben)

This app is wonderful. My only complaint is that it consistently generates errors for POS sales because the customer name is missing. Customer support has been very helpful anytime I needed help clearing the errors. Today, I spoke with Sherwin who fixed the problem for me in a blink!

NICK, was great. Went above and beyond and notified me of an issue with my products and how to fix. I was aware of but hadn't looked into fixing it yet, so his suggestion was very timely.
