ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.

I app is my favorite option for syncing QBO and shopify because we need to track destination based sales tax for washington state. It beings in more data than I would like, but is easy to use. Sherwin at support is great and helped me get set up, very easy to reach support and help was quick.

Not only was i endlessly grateful to find a help option in QB connect, but David's help and wording to how i could get my desired outcome was comforting and easy to understand. David was very professional in all aspects.

The app is very user friendly. The only errors I've ever encountered are created when someone on our end skips a step (client name on order, etc.). Whenever I've had an error the customer service reps have bee very helpful and fast. Sherwin helped me out today and was quick and professional and had me fixed up in a couple of minutes!

Have had nothing but a great experience with Quickbooks online so far, and the connection between shopify and quickbooks has been amazing. All of my transactions sync. I did have an issue with the sync and duplicate items, however, Lori was able to resolve my issue extremely quickly! Highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with their service, especially with Rafael. He is quick to respond and very knowledgeable. My problem with the QB connector was resolved in a remarkably short amount of time.

App simplifies my Shopify accounting. Support is great and fast - in particular David gets a shout-out he is very knowledgeable and helpful.

Still working on integration, but I think the QBO app will really help us streamline. Got some great guidance from Karol through the chat and was able to get some answers to questions fairly particular to our business--super polite, quick reply, and thorough. Looking forward to seeing what the app can really do.

App supports lots of different configuration settings, from very basic, to more advanced accounting. The setup was straight-forward, however I did hit some upfront configuration/sync errors. QB Connector support proactively reached out to me to help resolve the issues and get the sync working. In only a matter of minutes, Sherwin was able to correct my errors and provide guidance around the connector's features as well as best practices. I strongly recommend hitting the little chat icon when setting up the connector for the first time if you are confused about any of the options.
