The app works but the timeout errors are a consistent problem. The customer service and support is very good. They can help you with issues SHERWIN is a good help

Paul has been absolutely amazing today. I won't lie I'm not IT minded and felt totally useless, trying to sync my shopify to my quickbook. Paul was patient and kind with me, taking me through everything step by step. I honestly could not have done it with out him. He's been a tremendous help. Thank you so much Paul

It can be a bit complicated to configure, but the support team is amazing. Tom and David helped me step by step in configuring the connector. Once it's configured, it works like magic !

I have dealt with Sherwin many times as I've incurred syncing errors and Sherwin responds instantly, is kind and courteous and resolves my issues in minutes. That kind of support is really hard to come by these days and makes a huge difference in running my business. Support is really, really important and is outstanding.

We had an issue with or sales from shopify pulling through to Quickbooks and after a couple of failed attempts i finally was connected to Ben who knew exactly what the issue was and resolved straight away he's been an absolute godsend. I just want to say thank you so so much

We had an issue with syncing between shopify plus and qbo. I chatted with David who was really helpful and very patient with me. All sorted within a few minutes and all the syncing errors fixed and corrected for future transaction.

Rom was very helpful and fixed my errors promptly, great service. This is the second time Rom has helped me with my problems always helpful and patient. He has sorted out my syncing with quickbooks online Shopify, mostly of these are my mistakes setting up the app in the first place.

Ronnie was a life saver! Just helped me seamlessly set up my first Shopify integration into QBO and it was so easy! I literally just had to answer a few guided questions regarding account mapping and he handled all the rest! I was super stressed about trusting myself to set this up without making a mess and Ronnie easily just handled it! 10 out of 10 -- five stars is not enough! Oct 19-2023: Logged on today after received a notification that there was an issue with the sync. As soon as I logged on Sherwin was there to assist with correcting the tax codes that were giving me grief. Sherwin was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions and provide additional information to help me from a making what would have been a really mess -- changing the import style to deposit/ payout instead of order! Thanks Sherwin!!

I have been using QuickBooks for seven years and have two sites. One is on Shopify, and we use this app to sync with my Shopify store. The chat support is excellent, and today, I chatted with Troy, who knew exactly what my issue was, and we resolved it in no time. This is why I am still a QuickBooks customer. Well done troy

This app has been a lifesaver when dealing with syncing transactions from Shopify to Quickbooks Online. The support has also been great. When I ran into trouble, Ben was there to help me in less than a minute and resolved my issue right away!
