I am a bookkeeper and use this app for ten different retail companies. I do not know what I would do without this app. Every support person I have chatted with has been very helpful and always responds quickly. I have chatted with Troy a number of times and he is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful.

We had an issue with sales orders from shopify pulling through to Quickbooks and Lori knew exactly what was the issue and resolved it straight away. Thank you and really appreciated.

Rom was able to fix all of my shopify connection issues for me. I was getting error code 6140 on all of my invoices for a 2 month period and he saved the day! Thank you so much Rom for fixing this issue for me.

Today I used the chat feature to get a transaction unstuck. Rom was very helpful and patient and worked to completely resolve my issue. I appreciate his help and his willingness to dig in to find the source of the problem.

I had an issue with recurring error messages related to importing orders from Shopify to QB Online. Opened the support chat and Ben was there immediately. He solved the issue right away. Terrific service!

Awesome customer service...!!! Excellent work from Troy (OneSaas), Karol (OneSaas), Marck (OneSaas), Ronnie (OneSaas) and Sherwin (OneSaas). They really went beyond expectations, but above all... they worked as a team. It shows great company culture that reflects on customer experience.

Good app - but really the strength is in the customer support. It is separate to Shopify and Quickbooks - they are great... especially Ben who has been who has been patient, polite, knowledgable and saved me hours and hours of wasted work!!!

I had a couple of issues with integration and Dean was super helpful and very quick to resolve the issues. Also I wanted to get something done that wasnt usually on the menu and it was no problem - he went out of his way to be helpful and accomodating.

We had an integration error which was quickly resolved by our support tech Ben. Ben was very helpful in identifying and correcting the error and super nice throughout the process. Super helpful and recommend the product and support (specifically Ben)!

On October 23, 2023, we got very a quick reply and great service for fixing the incorrect settings from Sherwin. Very helpful. Thank you. On November 25, 2024, Lori helped us with Shopify Connector and she guided us throughout the whole process. We have had many changes and deficiencies in the past year and with her help, we literally eliminated all the deficiencies and we are now running 100% again. Thank you so much, Lori!
