I was testing the system and needed help resyncing and Rom was great. However, the app is a bit useless as it does not sync product info from Shopify to QBO. Need it to transfer inventory level and cost to QBO.

I love this app! It was super simple to integrate and works exactly as intended. The chat support is responsive, friendly and knowledgable. I talked to Ben today and he helped me understand my error within minutes. Recommend this app if you want to save yourself a ton of time and streamline your workflow!

Wow! Rom was so helpful! Sadly, the way I have set up my shop, this integration isn't suitable for me. However, Rom did everything they could to try and find a solution, and even gave me additional advise when we realised it could not work. I am so impressed with the customer service. Thank you!
