We received excellent service from BEN today ! We had trouble setting up our Shopify-QBO connector and he took to the time to go over the error messages and help us understand where the issue was. Extremely helpful !!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Sherwin to set up OneSaaS for QuickBooks. Sherwin was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. He took the time to understand my needs and to explain the different options available to me. He also made sure that I was comfortable with the setup before he left.

Clarisse was a great help, i was coming in completely blind on how to link shopify to Quickbooks. She took me through each process and helped me a long the way. She was polite and responded so fast. Great service would definitely recommend Clarisse!!!

I was having issues integrating my payments with my Shopify to my QBO and Sherwin worked with me to get the issue handled. He stick with me through thick and thin until he had the issue resolved. He kept me calm and reassured me - I never became frustrated because I believed he would see me through and he did! He cleared up months worth of issues that had been created on my end. Yay! Fantastic service from Sherwin! Ask for him by name! :-D

I've needed help to make some adjustments and setup some changes to that everything would work out good. Great app for syncing stores. It works for Canadian customers selling in USD as well, just takes some time to setup correctly. Sherwin was amazing in helping me get everything up and running, so far so good!

I'm about to write a critical review of an app which I truly like and for which I have received exceptional service. It is not an understatement to say that I would not be able to operate without this free app from OneSaas syncing the data between Shopify and QuickBooks for me, and when I have asked for help they have always been able to assist me. Here's why I have deducted a star: As polite and helpful as they are, I don't want to talk to them anymore. I've started submitting tickets for items that could easily be resolved with a quick chat because at the end of an online chat, they ask something along the lines of, "Can you do me a favor?" That is followed by a very specific request for you to write a review AND to use their name (i.e. the name of the tech that assisted you) when you do so. I think they probably get some kind of bonus when their name is mentioned, based on the fact that every one of them asks the same way, but I am not going to review an app every time I get assistance from them. One review should suffice, unless your opinion changes, but I can't mention one tech and not every other who has provided me with the same level of service. Plus I'm usually trying to resolve whatever the problem is while I'm still assisting customers, and I don't need to prolong the interaction. OneSaas, you should know you have a great team and they have always been polite and professional, but please stop telling them to beg us for a review!

Even though it says this app isn't compatible with my shop, I've had it installed for awhile now. It's not the easiest thing to configure, and for awhile I had daily error notifications that I could not fix, making a bit of a mess in QBO for me. I finally reached out to customer service for help after my accountant couldn't determine the issue or fix. I gave them access to my shop and they configured everything for me and then when I had another error message, they fixed that as well. I'm super pleased with the help they've provided me, and the app service overall. If you're using QBO and Shopify, this is a great solution.
