David was a huge help in fixing a problem I created in linking Shopify to QuickBooks! it only took a few minutes and the problem was fixed!

Just had an amazing experience with Nick over chat and he helped me out. I am not even close to tech savvy and he was great every step of the way!!

App does a great job keeping our Shopify and QBO synced. When there is an error, it alerts you. I had troubled figuring out why a couple of orders were not syncing, and for the first time ever...I was contacted by customer support. Sherwin noticed that a couple of orders were not syncing, and HE started a chat with me to fix it!

Great experience overall, Lori was able to get me the help that I needed for my company in order to connect to the proper version of the QuickBooks app!

Nick has been really helpful in helping with the integration between shopify and quickbooks. It hasnt been an easy integration, and i have been through 2 other customer champions, but Nick was the most helpful of the lot! He took the initiative to reach out and rectify the problem. It could have taken weeks, but Nick did it in one sitting! I am truly appreciative, as a small business owner, accounting may not come naturally to us and Nick made the concepts easy through his explanation!

Lori was super helpful. She was quick and fixed the issue right away!

This app is exactly what we needed to integrate our shopify sales into our QBO accounting. I've been using this app for a year now since my client moved their online shop to Shopify. It works very well and considering the tens of thousand of sales being brought across I get minimal amounts of errors. On the rare occasions that I've had to use support I've also found them very helpful and get any problems I've had sorted very quickly. I particularly want to mention Nick who helped me out this morning with a syncing issue.
